I cant believe i wasted my money on this Sounds like a robot choking on peanutbutter. Do yourself a favour and save your money and time I wish i could get my dollar back but BOO ON YOU SAXOPHONE APP i hope you go bankrupt Thanks Love an angry customer

Wasted more time writing this

looks cool, fun to play. getting the hang of playing through the octaves is a little tricky, sometimes i wish i had extra fingers. but at least i dont have to deal with reeds :)

Its pretty cool. This is the kind of instrument that the iPhone should feature. Half a star off for taking this long for developers to come up with it, half a star off because the iPhone is a little small for all those keys. Still, its a pretty fun toy.

I love your instruments. I have the trumpet as well. The only bad thing I can think of is that key A sounds a little bit off to me.. So can you make sure its the right pitch? Because every time I play that note, it always throws the tune off a bit. Anyway... Great job guys. BTW, I left a lengthy review for the trumpet app as well but somehow its not showing up.

I love jammin my blues licks on my new ipod sax! People are giving me weird looks as I play when I have my earbuds but hey, Im having a good time. I love how you can play along to your ipods music... hope they put even more into the synth in the next ver!

I like the app, in general. However, as a saxophone player, its VERY difficult to remove my top fingers to play the lower keys. Please make it so that more than 5 keys can be held down at the same time -- like on a real saxophone.

Im picking up my soprano sax again because of this app!

I think the good reviews are from the developers friends because the sound samples in this app do not sound anything even remotely like a saxophone. Very disappointing and a waste of a dollar which in todays economy is nothing to sneeze at.

As a saxophone player myself I do not like this app but is the best I will get when I dont have my sax with me, and one other thing therebis only the main 6 keys no b flat or high D or anything

Except I cant even play D because it only lets me do 5 buttons! Also side key b flat would be nice, but bis b flat is ok. Make it so we can do more keys and Ill raise it to five stars. 

its a fun app! I like playing it, pretending I actually know how to play the sax :) i bought this app after reading the reviews and i have to say, some people expect a lot from a 99 cent app... its not actually a sax (just pointing that out). it IS, however, a fun new app! keep up the good work! i want to see more like it.

The sax sound could be a little better There should be an octive key Should be able to play more than five notes to be more realistic. Consider these great ideas!

Hey, I really do play Saxophone, other woodwinds and MIDI wind controllers (WX11 and EWI-USB). The reason mention the instruments I own and play, is to say that each and everyone needs to be practiced and played on its own merit. They are all different. That being said the only major flaw with this app is that you can only can put down no more than five fingers at time. A real bummer, and so different from all woodwinds that it really needs to be givin a name other than Saxophone. Other than that, its fun to play with.

I play the real sax but I hate that you cant use more than 5 fingers because anything D or higher is hard to play

Its supposed to be a novelty app. Its not supposed to replace your sax. Youd be stupid If thats what you thought, but its really just for us saxophone nerds. I have it because its just another way of being a sax nerd.

I was worried that I was wasting my dollar on this app based on the other reviews, but it is very functional. While its not perfect I enjoy the challenge of reading through some of my music. After about ten minutes with it, the octave break gets much easier

I want a refund, Im learning how to play the saxophone and I downloaded this app thinking it was totally fun. But when playing on musicfoxes "saxophone" you cannot get down notes. Its super hard to play, and I honestly think we all should get a refund for this abomination. I also showed this to my music teacher and she tried it, although she thought that this app was a great idea, this one was a piece a crap. You can only play 5notes at a time!!! What the $&@"!!! This app shouldve atleast been free. I honestly recomend that you DONT but this app as a regular apple iPhone user. This is my honest review on the saxophone app. ~COTA332
